Currently, I’m a Managing Counsel in Oracle’s Commercial Legal Group and a member of the Oracle Cloud Legal Team. I’m an expert in the legal issues associated with cloud contracting (e.g., privacy, data security, audits, and intellectual property rights) and technology licensing, generally.
