UGC Net qualified in Management,pursuing Phd in Human Resource from Uttrakhand Technical University.Currently working as an Assistant Professor at Institute of Management Studies, Dehradun since May, 2011.Besides teaching acting as the Chief Editor, Exam Coordinator (PGDM Exams) and Class Coordinator (MBA). Sound exposure in the areas of Human Resource Management, Organisation Behaviour, Compensation Management, Industrial Relations and Labour Laws, Entreprenureship & Marketing Management. Along with the teaching, Ive also held non-academic responsibilities like being the Chief Editor , Exam Cordinator for my Department(PGDM),Master of Ceremony and Event Cordinator for FDP/Seminars/
