I have the best job on earth. Basically, I get to travel around the country, fall in love with amazing educational institutions, figure out what makes them uniquely and magnetically THEM, and then partner with visionary leaders and our own creative team to help each school grow into the best and highest version of itself. It's not just a super-cool job (although it absolutely is that!); it's my passion and my life's work.
People have called me a firebrand for years--opinionated, a bit "too"​ passionate, desperate to make a dent in the world…one school, college, or university at a time. For many years, I fought against that moniker.
