As Instructional Design Manager, I am responsible for the overall strategy, design, delivery, and evaluation of Instructional Design projects delivered to TELUS and TELUS International clients all over the globe. I currently work with other Instructional Design Specialists and Curriculum Developers based in Guatemala City and oversee the production of both eLearning and instructor-led courses on a day to day basis.
