This year I'll be rolling my sleeves up and directing traffic on the ground with the troops. I'm short a few reps at the start of the financial year so recruitment will be a focus in Q1. It will be a tactical year so we'll be working smarter with regards to events, marketing spend and sales process. Key initiatives will be the SRA website, CRM/Marketing Automation software, refreshing prospecting for our big ticket items, client satisfaction and a focus on taking our current offerings and converting them into recurring revenue streams.
