Tim Brennan is an inventor driven by solving problems which make a real difference to people's quality of life. From 1996 to 2000, he studied an MEng in mechanical engineering at the University of Bath. Later in 2000, he spent a further two years at the Royal College of Art and Imperial College, London, studying an MA in Industrial Design Engineering. In 2004, after developing a concept for a new type of shoe that allowed the foot to function with with greater ease and with less injury, it was launched under the name VivoBarefoot across the UK, US and Europe.
