- Pro-actively ensure product availability in all European stores and distribution centers for my product range (Decoration)
- Secure that replenishment solution changes are executed in an optimal way
- Provide availability information to stores and supply chain partners
- Find better ways for and coordinate the ordering process of the green plant activities in whole Europe
Manage Supply Imbalances (project group member):
- Coordinating pro-active actions and close collaboration during constraints periods between Purchasing Operations, Transport, Distribution Services & Retail.
