I believe that educational leadership is the ability to develop a goal that others can clearly visualize and then removing the barriers and providing the resources that help us to move towards and complete (or exceed) that goal. The opportunity to help people grow, the chance to make a positive difference, the honor of people knowing who you are and respecting the position, the challenge of meeting many needs are all positive aspects of educational leadership.
