I am a leader, manager, and engineer with a passion for software, open source, and improving IT for large organizations. I help companies create amazing web experiences with WordPress and other modern content management systems, providing high level strategy and code level expertise as a Director of a large web agency. I oversee an engineering department of over 80 people ensuring high level revenue goals are met through engineering innovation/standardization, direct strategic guidance on large accounts, and creation of important company policies surrounding personnel.
