OK, I speak American English with a California twang. I still spell many words with a "u" (e.g. colour) thanks to the years I spent in England as a kid. I lived in Germany for a while, so I can order beers in German and pronounce words I have no idea the meaning of (and in Dutch too!). I took 4 years of French and speak it quite poorly although I can pretend I understand in a very convincing way.
