I have led customer-centred business transformation programmes for Orange (Poland, Spain, Group projects): we created first cross-silos CX organisation and developed a framework for CX management and employee engagement. As digital became part of our reality, I helped define and implement the multichannel and digital relationship strategy.
Currently I help companies execute digital experience and personalization strategies.
