For the last 32 years I have successfully combined career responsibilities in Medical Informatics, Public Administration and Information Technologies . I have extensive experience in the public sector, in private consulting and non-profit sector management. I also have considerable international experience. I was one of the initial inspirers and promoters of the successful LINCOS (Little Intelligent Communities ) initiative. Now I am living in Barcelone Spain, improving my knowledge in fields such as m-Health and E-Government, Business Intelligence, Medical Informatics and data science (Bioinformatics)
