My name is Tong Ling. I come from China. Generally speaking, I am a design thinker with a creative mind who would love to work in a multi-disciplinary team. Over 20 years life experience in China has made me unique. Collision between Chinese culture and Dutch culture makes me excited and expands my vision, which conversely, allow me to bring more new insights to the Dutch company I work for.
I consider that we should always design for a reason. Without a clear reason, a product would not make sense to human鈥檚 life. To survive in a competitive environment, we should think more of how to make people fall in love with our products than of do they need the products.
