I find new and agile ways of innovating and experimenting, in order to bring new value propositions to the teams I work with. Success in the new mobility world will depend on the ability to network globally and to work with other thought leaders. I focus on scouting for new technologies, exploring strategic opportunities, working with start-ups and established players, to bring new value propositions to market. This requires an open and collaborative approach, and a different way of thinking.
