Having been involved in 3 distinctly different start-up ventures and now working within my fourth (1Above) there is no doubt in my mind that my passion lays within creating and growing business entities. I take pride in the goals and milestones that I have achieved to date both as a team and individually and actively enjoy setting and working towards more for the future.
I believe my strengths lies in developing key relationships, people management and strategic planning. Developing the people both inside and outside any business provides so many powerful insights - growth and stability are almost a given.
