Rev. Torres was saved from a mind full of violent, lustful and suicidal thoughts. An ex-gang member, he was determined to use the boldness and courage he once used to hurt others in a positive way. Rev. Torres started his ministry path as an AODA (Alcohol and Other Drug Abuse) certified counselor for a drug rehabilitation program. His concurrent years of HR and Social Work experience help him understand and support those in need. Roberto previously served as Youth Pastor and later as Lay Leader at Southside Hispanic Ministry in Milwaukee. This background has provided invaluable experiences in urban ministry.
