My expertise involves helping companies to organize and optimize their product innovation (a.k.a. product development) and project management practices by means of helping them to carefully select and customize the most appropriate approach for their needs. I am also specialized in managing new technology development projects, from structuring to delivery (PMI approach), including the proposal and approval of financial support from FINEP, BNDES and FAPESP.
