-Most important Oil field experience acquired in the Hassi Messaoud Giant Oil Field (400 000 BOPD and more than 1000 wells)
-Working within a national oil company
-Working in multilingual and multicultural teams
-Real time decision making
-Team member in reservoir and production groups.
