I am a former print journalist who now does freelance writing and editing. I live in the Washington DC area with my husband, a NASA rocket scientist (well, not strictly true, but he works for NASA, he is a scientist and he makes things that go up on rockets) and our two daughters, one beagle named Max and an ill-tempered cat named Roxy.
