Since my Six Sigma Black Belt certification in 2006, I have overseen the development and implementation of over 40 critical project and process improvement initiatives. These process improvement initiatives utilized various methodologies including, Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma, CAP, Work-Out and Project Management resulting in substantial financial and efficiency improvements.
I am certified mediator, certified Six Sigma Black Belt, and I hold a Master degree in Management from Dallas Baptist University. I am an active member of both the International Society of Six Sigma Professionals (ISSSP) and Project Management Institute (PMI).
