I currently serve as Director of Brownfields and Economic Development for PPM Consultants, Inc. Prior to joining PPM in July of 2016, I was the Chief of the Groundwater Assessment & Remediation Division (GARD) for the Mississippi Department of Environmental Quality (MDEQ) where I managed a staff of twenty-eight (28) highly skilled engineers, geologists, and specialists and an annual budget of roughly $28 million. n my new role at PPM, I plan to continue to use a business-minded approach to solving brownfield and economic development challenges for our public and private sector clients.
