Marina South, as zoned by Singapore’s Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA), will be the new Central Business District for international business and financial activities. Marina One, an iconic mixed use development to be completed in 2017 will be the centrepiece of this area. It is developed by M+S Pte Ltd, a joint venture (60:40) of Khazanah Nasional and Temasek Holdings. The other development being DUO Residences.
