Mr. Ngo Trung Ha has been a Lecturer and Trainer in hospitality industry for recent 20 years. He is recognized by Vietnam Tourism Certification Board (VTCB) as a certified Tutor and Master Trainer in Viet Nam Tourism Occupational Standard (VTOS) system and is an official ASEAN Tourism Master Assessor.
