About
He graduated from Polytechnic University of HCMC in 2001 with an engineer degree in Electronics and Telecom. From 2001 to 2006, he studied and researched in France. He received his Ph.D and master’s degrees in Electronics and Telecom at Paris VI and Supelec respectively.
In 2007, he returned to Vietnam and joined MIC in different management positions. He worked at Authority of IT Applications (AITA), MIC from 2007 to 2011. This agency is responsible for managing all IT application activities and projects for central and local government agencies, and promoting e-government development all over Vietnam.
