I joined Kiwibank in 2013 to lead their newly formed Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO). This role allows me to apply my skills and expertise from IT focussed projects in a business domain.
In this role I have focussed on in implementing enterprise thinking and practices to lift the organisational capability in preparation for the Business Transformation programme the bank has planned for the next few years. Key areas include; business transformation readiness, enterprise portfolio governance, project and programme governance, change management and delivery capability & maturity.
