This document summarizes a preliminary meeting held to plan an evaluation of the Centre for Rural Health and Social Education (CRHSE). It was agreed that:
1) The evaluation team would consist of Dr. Daisy Dharmaraj and Mr. F. Stephen, who were consensus candidates identified by CRHSE and its funding partners.
2) The evaluation would focus on CRHSE's main health and social education programs in its three zones and a special program in Netaji Nagar.
