Tomomi is a behavioral economist at the research department of the World Bank. Prior to joining the World Bank, she was an Assistant Professor at Arizona State University, and held a Specially Approved Associate Professor position at Keio University. She has also been a Research Fellow of the Cabinet Office of the Government of Japan, a Research Fellow at the University of Tokyo, and a post-doctorate at the California Institute of Technology.
