I have been involved in the Balanced Scorecard since the late 1980's. Activities include:
* Invovled in the KPMG research with Drs Kaplan & Norton in 1989-90
* Co-founded the first Balanced Scorecard software application - pb Views (now Actuate)
* VP at the Balanced Scorecard Collaborative working with Drs Kaplan & Norton in designing and selling the Leraning Center and other on-line tools.
* Over 3,000 scorecards produced in all sectors, around the world.
