I am an experienced user experience multitalent and a user-centric service designer I have worked with user experience, user research, as well as service and UI design from heavy industry to mobile apps, and from professional tools to consumer products. I have gained my experience from the field in varied roles in nearly ten years. My background in academic user research and in hands-on field research, as well as detailed interaction design form a solid base for the most challenging service design tasks. I hold MSc degree in information technology.
