My main interests at the moment are the social agricultural part of the coffeechain and the quality standard of coffee shops globally. I think there is a big link between these two subjects and it I'd important for everybody in the industry to keep a close eye on both parts and everything in between. I find myself continually studying and discovering new and interesting topics regarding our industry. And by trying to involve my colleagues I try to create a general interest and invoke discussions about these topics. I'm ambitious to learn as much as possible about the green bean business.
