I enjoy the puzzle and putting the pieces in place to solve problems in the most effective way possible. We had a cap on distribution spend, I worked with a partner to secure $1.5 million in "free" distribution. Was asked to take over the accounting for an eight month old company with millions in revenue and a need to rebuild the accounting from inception... many issues to fix, result was a clear financial picture within 3 months.
