Strong follow up with Branches and workshops to provide customer feed back to manufacturing Plant so that they can improve quality of the product to attain customer satisfaction.
To discuss and resolve all critical Field, Workshops and Contract Workshops and franchises Complains and give input to Head of Customer Service Operations policy guideline.
Help Branch to identify weak areas and plan for improvement.
To give trainning to Branches on new products regarding servicibility.
