I consider myself a "portfolio worker", a way of working championed by Charles Handy, which has become a more attractive and popular way of working this century. Throughout my life I have had a wide variety of interests and have been lucky over the last fifteen years to follow them through my professional life.
I now help virtual teams strengthen their communication through Virtual not Distant. I'm an advocate of using technology to help us change how we view the world of work and I communicate this through the 21st Century Work Life podcast.
