Ursula El Hage holds a BA in Management from Universit茅 Saint Joseph in Lebanon and an MBA from the IDE Business School in Ecuador. She has postgraduate studies in human resources, governance and political leadership. She also completed the "Design Thinking" program in Harvard Business School ilab.
She is currently the director of the entrepreneurship center and co -founder of the center of prospective at IDE Business School and she is the Technical Director of the Ecuadorian Excellence Foundation. She is also internationally certified as an international assessor, trainer and validator for the EFQM European Excellence Model in Brussels.
