Dr Ugbor is an accomplished professional with over seventeen years of international experience, working in the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) and the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC).
During his tenure at the IAEA he facilitated the establishment of a number of new regular budget programme initiatives, including the Education Capability Assessment and Planning (ECAP) framework.
