SPILL (Supporting Peers In Laid-back Listening) is an anonymous peer-to-peer support system online. Basically, students can vent confidentially about whatever problems they're going through (roommate problems, academic stress, break ups, trouble making friends, drinking/drug problems, body image issues, worries about the future, etc.), and get non-judgmental feedback from 6-8 other students who have been through that problem before.
