Ali Vahedi is a professional project management instructor and author. He provides training services for his working company and other private industry. he focuses on project management concepts and applications, EVPM (Earned Value Project Management) concepts and implementation. In addition, Ali provides training services for BSC (Balanced Scorecard), Hoshin Planning, RMP (Risk Management Professional), OPM3 (Organizational Project Management Maturity Model), EFQM concepts and implementation.
Ali has written one book on Earned Value Project Management and has been established some technical teams for writing guide books for each knowledge area of PMBOK.
