I am a Professional Electronics Engineer from the Philippines. My experience spans from teaching to actual project involvement in the field of digital electronics, data communications, computer networks, systems administration, information systems development and e-learning.
I have been involved in e-learning course development and learning management system development and maintenance which has lead me to a couple of consulting positions in the field of e-learning. Recently, I specialize in instructional systems adoption with specific focus on organizational implementation. My research is focused on understanding the local contextual influences of VLE adoption.
