Prior to this he was the founder and president of LAXAI, an MNC in New Jersey, USA that provides clinical research services. He also co-founded LAXAI AVANTI Life Sciences in Hyderabad, India in 2007 that have over 120 employees providing drug discovery research services. He started operations with 4 employees and grew both the companies to over 200 employees in less than 5 years.
