Andrew has worked in the cheese industry for over 3 years, starting with the Benton Brothers in Vancouver, before making his way to Toronto. He has hosted numerous cheese, wine and beer events, and is the only Canadian to compete in both the Cheesemonger Invitationals in New York City, and San Francisco. He spent a brief period as a cheese buyer for Whole Foods Market in Toronto and with a distributor in Toronto.
