I started THE VANELLA GROUP as a way of offering transformational and proactive strategies for people who want to make changes in all aspects of their lives and to see those changes NOW. I found that people wanted clarity, straight talk and a sense of simplicity. After years of observation, data collection and testing, an approach was developed that was launched in Atlanta, GA in 1992. The acronym for this approach is P.R.A.I..S.E. and it has been evaluated as highly effective by Georgia State and the Catholic University of America in Washington, DC.
