However, regardless of what I drink none of them give me energy. I've drank a whole triple shot Rock Star and went straight to sleep, it wasn't even all that late either. Not sure why, but energy drinks have never done anything for me, only time they do feel they help is on road trips, and mainly for alertness. Even then I think it's placebo anyway...
