Previously, I served as Chief Product Officer for Converseon, a social consultancy and Forrester category leader. There I led the product team behind ConveyAPI, the world鈥檚 most accurate text analytics engine. In 2011, Converseon acquired my last startup, Social Graphiti, a Facebook audience analytics and ad re-targeting platform.
