About
Dr Aruldas studied at the Calcutta Boys School in Kolkata, West Bengal, completed MBBS from Christian Medical College Vellore, Tamil Nadu, and a doctorate in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. After working at CMC Vellore, he was General Secretary/CEO of the Christian Medical Association of India, New Delhi for 12 years (2 terms) before stepping down in August 2012. He now serves as an independent consultant to the hospital, health and development sector on a broad range of issues, with a special interest in the mentoring leaders, helping individuals and organisations think strategically, policy analysis and facilitative evaluations.
