Vikas Bagri is currently the Social Media and Civic Innovation Adviser for the Government of Chhattisgarh. Vikas has worked in various capacities with the Government of India, State Government of Chhattisgarh, academic institutions, start-ups and non-profits in the areas of education, health, innovation, entrepreneurship, social media, open data and ICTs for development.
