Over 10+ years in the technology sectors and more than 6 years in the telephony/contact center arenas. I have completed multiple end to end projects in UCCE, UC and R&S arena right from Design Phase till the project goes live and further involved in post-production fixes till the setup is stabilized. Providing training to the customers, Proof of Concepts, Consultancy in the field of Contact Center solution has also been a part of my job. I also have experience on international and national projects on Cisco UCCE and UC products.
