About
I was educated in VIC, QLD, NSW, NZ and California having completed a BA (Hons) in French Language and Culture at Loma Linda University. I did 6 months of a Journalism major – but the professor was such a dragon I left uni and ran away from home for a time to do a travel agents course. The TA course resulted in me getting a free trip to Europe on a 35 day luxury coach trip and first class Pan Am flights to London at the age of 18. Seeing Europe at such an influential age, changed me forever. I fell hopelessly and helplessly in love with France – its culture, people, cuisine, decor etc.
My darling father (whom I lost mid 2011) worked for the Sanitarium Health Food Company his whole work
