Throughout his career, Jim has built multi-million dollar growth platforms, restructured businesses and real estate loans, and achieved significant cost savings at such industry leaders as GE Capital, Capital One, Bank of New York, Nomura Securities and Kenneth Leventhal & Co.
Jim is currently building / managing the investment banking and capital advisory business unit for CBRE in the affordable housing market.
