Managing Director I have over 15 years of experience working in Human Resources/Personnel and Organization. Currently, I work as Poolstok’s Managing Director. Poolstok’s wonderful team of twenty-one delivers top-notch HR products to our + 360 clients (Flemish public sector) by partnering with + 50 private companies. Previously, I was the Product & Innovation manager at Selor, where I put Selor’s product & innovation strategy into practice. In 2015 I co-founded Be Badges, an online platform for increasing talent mobility, based on Mozilla’s Open Badges technology (the first of its kind in Belgium). Be Badges won the Innovation award at the 2016 E-gov awards.
