The Chances to prove leadership practices came not only as a structural leader of BEM and Protocol, but also as a formal one for UNPAD delegation in an Exchange Program to Ajou. Also in my professional journey as corporate planning supervisor (BCI & OSM), mainly when facilitate several Improvement projects.
